MY STORY
Welcome to Elle & Reid, a Los Angeles-based fashion consulting firm founded by me, Lauren Jones. With over 20 years of experience in fashion design, apparel merchandising, and brand development, I specialize in helping brands stand out in today’s competitive market.
My Fashion Journey
Born in Boston, my passion for fashion led me to Iowa State University, where I earned a degree in apparel, merchandise, design & production. I later honed my craft at the London College of Fashion, an experience that truly solidified my love for innovative design.
Global Experience & Iconic Designs
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with leading global brands like Adidas, Reebok, Fabletics, and Forever 21. My design work has reached top athletes and celebrities, including Kobe Bryant, Kevin Hart, TEYANA TAYLOR, Justin Bieber, Drake, and more. I’m proud to have earned a U.S. design patent and created collections that push boundaries in style and function.
