We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Payment & Subscription Terms

• Payment is required upfront for all consulting services, as specified in the selected plan.

• Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

• Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.

• We reserve the right to modify our pricing, with notice to current subscribers.

• For cancellations, email info@elleandreid.com at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary materials and information required for our services.

• Attend scheduled consulting calls and respond to communications in a timely manner.

• Follow our recommendations at your discretion (results are not guaranteed).

• Failure to fulfill these responsibilities does not entitle you to a refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, templates, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Elle & Reid Consulting.

• You may not distribute, copy, or resell our materials without written permission.

• Any custom work delivered remains the property of Elle & Reid Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

6. Limitation of Liability

• Our consulting services provide guidance but do not guarantee specific results.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

• You assume full responsibility for implementing any strategies recommended.
   

7. Confidentiality

• We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information.

• You agree not to disclose any proprietary insights, templates, or methodologies received.
   

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• You violate these Terms.

• You engage in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

• Non-payment occurs beyond the allowed grace period.

If terminated for violation of terms, no refunds will be issued.
 

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes must first be addressed through good-faith negotiations.

• If unresolved, disputes will be handled through arbitration in California.

• Legal fees incurred due to disputes will be the responsibility of the initiating party.
